Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

The location of the house is in La Veleta, a new neighborhood, calm and safe ,15 minutes (by car) to the greatest beaches. You have a pretty nice view over the flora and fauna in a quiet dead end street.

The space

The house has a large open planned living, dining and kitchen area. The bedroom with king size bed, AC and private bathroom has big windows opening out to a little garden. The living area has a sofa bed and a futon allowing for 2 people to sleep there, this area count with another complete bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge , large gas oven/stove with a lot of space to cook. Outside has a beautiful garden for relaxing and enjoying a delicious BBQ.

Lot of big windows, so you have a great view over the trees, flowers, palms, birds, squirrels and other regional animals
