Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 70% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up will forfeit the deposit paid.

CASA BLANCA

The condo is one of the nicest second floor units and is ideal for 4-5 people. Its only adult property, no kids are allowed because of its luxury furniture and equipment.

The condo as been carefully furnished offering high quality amenities going from linens and
towels to the furniture and the cooking sets,.
The living area has an integrated kitchen with a bar table; perfect for a casual afternoon with
cocktails and wine.
You can relax at the terrace, be comfortable seated in the sofas reading your favorite book, or
go down to the pool and refresh.
It has two large bedrooms and 2 bathroom one with a queen size bed and the other with two
twin size beds. Everything’s is brand new and fully equipped (including a private washing/drying room if you need it).

The condo is the nearest to the beach in Tulum as no development is allowed on the beachfront. As opposed to other properties in town, you do not need to cross the town to hit the beach.
There is a bicycle path connecting Aldea Zama with the nearest beaches just 1.5- 2.0miles
