Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 70% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up will forfeit the deposit paid.

We are the only dive shop in the town of Tulum that has its own boats and an affiliation to PADI, making us the most robust operation around for diving.

We would like to emphasize our commitment to preserving the environment, the safety and enjoyment of our guests, as well as the welfare of our community.

Currently Mexidivers trains local youths in our trade so they may have greater opportunities and learn to share our values, including careing for our environment.

We offer the following services: Bubblemaker (kids for ages 8 to 10 yrs), Snorkeling and Scuba diving in Cenotes, Snorkeling and Diving in the Sea, Bull Shark Dive, Night Diving, Whale Shark swimming, Shipwreck Tour, Archaeological Sites and Mayan Cultural Excursions (Tulum, Coba, Muyil, Chichen Itza and Ek Balam), Sport and Fly Fishing, Punta Allen and Sian Ka'an. Also we offer service of Transportation for Private tours and Airport & Hotel Transfers.
