Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Luna Llena is located in a new subdivision of Tulum called La Veleta, a quiet and peaceful area, and an ideal break from the noise of the city. Located just 6.4 km from the Tulum ruins, 7 km from the nearest beach and just 5 minutes from the main avenue, where you will find local attractions such as restaurants and handicraft shops.

We have 7 rooms, all with balconies and a pleasant view to our courtyard garden and pool. Each room offers basic services for your comfort such as air conditioning, cable TV, hot water, large closets, wireless internet and a safe.

In the mornings you also have the option to join other guests in our lovely common breakfast and kitchen area. Our reception team will also be at your service to give tourist advice and help in the procurement of services to third parties such as car rental, transportation contracting, kite surfing lessons, scuba diving, tours and buying services in general.

If you desire an upgrade, we also have furnished apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family vacation, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, subject to availability.
