FACILITIES
MEETING ROOMS
TAO Wellness Center has two versatile multipurpose rooms that are able to accommodate your group’s size and requirements. The main conference room is a 603 square feet spacious wood floor facility surrounded by windows that give an amazing 360º degree view of the lush Caribbean jungle. This fully equipped tree top venue with a capacity for 160, people in a theater seating, is ideal for workshops, conferences, intimate wedding receptions, incentive groups and more. It includes professional sound system with hand held and wireless microphones, 10 x 10 feet screen and power point projector.
MOVEMENT ROOMS
The movement room is like nothing you have seen before and is one of the proudest creations of TAO Inspired Living. This wonderful tree top spot is nestled in a limestone ravine surrounded by vibrant jungle. With floor to ceiling glass walls and hardwood floors, this room is ideal for any use from yoga classes, meditation, workshops, events and small wedding receptions. Designed to magically change your perspective, transport you to a world beyond the stress of everyday life and to connect you with nature and to your higher self. Soothe your senses and find the balance your life needs, join us for a yoga or meditation morning class or bring your family, friends or group of coworkers and enjoy the most memorable event of your life.
2 SALT WATER LAP POOLS
There is a full size outdoor infinity lap pool located right in the heart of TAO Wellness Center, this refreshing infinity lap pool highlights the beauty of the jungle and its eco-friendly salt water system allows you to feel as if swimming in the Caribbean, while being easy on your skin and eyes. Exercise your muscles and relax your mind or just float while looking and the sky and listening to the singing birds on the tree tops.
FREE MEDITATION & YOGA CLASSES
If you are feeling a rush of energy with all the uncluttering achieved by the yoga and meditation classes, then by all means join us for a fun and exhilaration Zumba/Dance class (offered twice a week after morning yoga). Work up a sweat while you have as much fun as possible following the steps and moves of our Zumba professional teacher. Discover why being in shape never was so much fun, this is a Latin dance party/exercise that will leave you sweating and dwelling in jungle bliss.
SHEN ZONE ENERGY TREATMENT PROGRAMS

Purify your body, mind and soul in our Temezcal, an ancient Aztec/Mayan ceremony of healing, renewal and purification. Much like a Native American sweat lodge, the Temazcal is a deep process of reflection, prayer and meditation in a powerful sacred space, merging the elements of steam, heat, darkness and ritual to help you to awaken to a new place in yourself.

TAO Wellness Center’s gym is a small but greatly equipped fitness center that hosts a great range of cardiovascular machines and an ideal array of strength training equipment. In addition to this, its floor to ceiling glass walls let you enjoy an incredible view of the semi-olympic salt water lap pool in front of the gym, a hidden cenote cavern that is just steps away, the golf court and the beautiful scenery of the surrounding sacred Mayan jungle energy that will inspired you to make the most out of your workout.
