Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days from check-in date will receive a 70% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days from the check-in date will receive a 30% refund of deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up will forfeit the deposit paid.

For more than 10 years we, Robbie Schmittner and his team have explored Yucatan underwater treasure. With a long time focus on cave and cavern diving we are looking forward to introduce you into this fascinating world, or show you the wonders of the carribean sealife in front of Akumal and Tulum.

Our specialities are training by PADI (open water diving, beginners till divemaster) or NACD (technical diving for cavern and cave), on doubles or sidemount configuration. All can be a fantastic adventure for you, so you could touch new levels of training and difficulties.

We as your dive partner take safely and personalized newcomers into the wonderful underwater world, guide through colour full fish swarm reefs and marvellous formated cavern zones or get the adrenalin running by more complex and complicated cave dives.

Xibalba Dive Center sales dive equipment of the following trades: Dive Rite, Scubapro, Mares, as well as several books of cenotes, cave maps and “Xibalba-articles” ( T-shirts, caps, sticker…)
